Fee Payment Details料金お支払い方法の詳細Multiple Enrollments Discounts
A second child enrolled will be granted a 10% discount on the annual
tuition fee. The third or more child will be granted a 15% discount on
the annual tuition fee. This policy applies to full year students only.
Multiple Payment Option
Fees may be paid in a single two or three installment plan according
to the schedules listed below. The three-payment option is subject to an
additonal financial charge of ¥35,000. Payment dates are as follows: - July
15, 2010
- October 29, 2010
- February 15, 2011

Mid-year Enrollments
Fees for students enrolling after the commencement of the school
year will be pro-rated by school term. Enrollment for any protion of the
term will require payment for the entire term.

Tuition
Kindergarten
Tution fees include the language program,
textbooks, swimming for K3 and K4 and school lunch for full day
students. Elementary & Middle School
Tution fees
include the ski trip for grade 6 students and graduation trip for grade 9
students. Intensive Program
Tuition fees include
classes through to July 7, 2011 (concurrent with the Summer School
period), Saturday School and the ski trip for grade 6 students.
Other Fees
Building maintennace, technology development, family community and
school lunch fees are paid with the first tution payment. Summer
school, tutorial and other fees will be invoices seprately with a
specified due date for payment.

Late Payments
An arrears charge of 2.0% compounded montky will be applied to
overdue accounts. In serious cases of non-payment of fees, class
attendance and release of report cards and transcripts may be

年間授業料幼稚園 年間授業料は言語プログラムを、教科書、K3のとK4の学校給食の一日学生のための水泳などがあります 小学校＆中学校 グレード6の授業料にはスキートリップ費用が含まれています。グレード9の授業料には卒業費用が含まれています。 集中プログラム 授業料には、7月分ならびに土曜スクールの授業料が含まれています。グレード6の授業料にはスキートリップ費用が含まれています。

Payment and Refund Regulations返金に関する規定1. Refunds of Tuition and the Related Fees (New Students Only) Even though your child has been accepted by A-JIS, if financial obligations are not met by a pre-arranged date, your child's acceptance will be abrogated. In case of a cancellation of enrollment, fees will be refunded as follows upon receipt of written notification at the Admissions Office. (Entrance Fee) 75 days prior to the date of entry 100% Refundable 45 days prior to the date of entry 70% Refundable 30 days prior to the date of entry 50% Refundable After 29 days prior to the date of entry No Refund (Tuition) 100% Tuition Fee will be refundable if the enrollment cancellation is notified in a written form before the actual date of entry. On and after the actual date of entry, refund will be made according to “3. Tuition Refunds.” (Educational Development Fee, Building Maintenance, Technology Development Fee, Family Community Expense Service) 100% Educational Development Fee, Building Maintenance, Technology Development Fee and Family Community Expense Service will be refundable if the enrollment cancellation is notified in a written form before the actual date of entry. No refund will be made on and after the actual date of entry.
2. Re-enrollment (Continuing Students Only) A deposit of ¥150,000 is required by the due date to reserve a place for 2010-2011 School Year. This deposit is applied towards the tuition fee. Re- enrollment without the payment of a deposit by the due date will result in a 50,000 yen re-instatement fee. Re-instatement Fee is not refundable. In case of a cancellation of re-enrollment for the next school year, the deposit will be refunded as follows upon receipt of the notification of withdrawal at the Principal’s Office. Up to March 17, 2010 (Before teachers’ contracts renewal) 100% Refundable Up to June 10, 2010 (Last day of the final term) 70% Refundable Up to July 8, 2010 (Last day of Summer School) 50% Refundable On and After July 9, 2010 (After Summer School) No Refund
3. Tuition Refunds Tuition will be refunded, upon receipt of “Notification of Withdrawal” at the Principal’s Office two weeks before the actual withdrawal date, for only those terms (*see below) that the student has not attended.
4. School Bus Fee School Bus Fee must be paid in one lump sum. Students cannot choose to take the school bus during specific months. In case of a cancellation, refund will be made for those months (the number of times for Saturday School Bus) that the student has not taken a school bus.
5. School Lunch Fee School Lunch Fee must be paid in one lump sum. Students cannot choose to take the school lunch during specific months. In case of cancellation, refund will be made for those months that the student has not taken a school lunch.
6. Class Transfer Fee The student, who transferred to another class in the middle of the school year, will be charged as additional fee which is not refundable.
7. Other Fees Any other fees (Application Fee, Summer School, Saturday School, Skill Development Sessions, Clubs, Tutorial, After School Program) will not be refundable in any case.
8. Re-entry In case of re-entry, the student is exempted from paying the full Entrance Fee according to the following: Re-entry in the same school year as withdrawal: ¥50,000 Re-entry in the next school year after withdrawal: ¥150,000 Re-entry in the second school year after withdrawal: ¥200,000 Re-entry after elapsing of two years: Full Charge *In case of a cancellation of re-entry, Entrance Fee will be refunded according to “1. Refunds of Tuition and the Related Fees.”
9. Leave of Absence Tuition during leave of absence from school will be 50% only with the prior official approval from the Principal.
10. Delinquent Payment Policy An arrearage charge of 2.0% per month, compounded monthly, will be assessed on all overdue accounts. In case of serious financial delinquency, school prohibits class attendance and or the release of report cards or transcripts.
11. Enrollment after the School Year Commence Tuition is calculated based on the school's three academic terms(*see below). A child's attendance for any portion of a term requires the payment for the entire term. Full payment of Building Maintenance, Educational Development Fee, Technology Fee and Family Community Expense Service is required regardless of the length of attendance.
12. Tuition Installment A thirty-five thousand yen (¥35,000) finance charge will be applied if Three Payments Option is selected. If a student enters A‐JIS from Septeber to December, One or Two Payment Option is available. For students entering from January to June, only One Payment Option is available. * The following are the three academic terms for the 2010-2011 school year. Please note that refunds and payments of tuition will be based on the following three academic terms, not the two academic terms applied for kindergarten students. 1st term: August 24, 2010 (Suginami) August 30, 2010 (Meguro)～November 19, 2010 2nd term: November 24, 2010～March 3, 2011 3rd term: March 7, 2011～June 9, 2011 (Kindergarten&Mainstream) July 7, 2011 (Intensive)
| 1. 入学関係費用の返金 （新入生） 入学許可決定後、指定の期日までに入学金、授業料、教育開発費、施設維持費、テクノロジー推進費及びファミリーコミュニティ運営費の入金が確認できない場合、入学許可を取消すことがあります。尚、納入後、入学を辞退する場合、書面での通知を入学課が受理した時点により、下記のとおり返金致します。 （入学金） 入学予定日の前日から起算し遡って75日以前の解約 100％返金 入学予定日の前日から起算し遡って45日以前の解約 70％返金 入学予定日の前日から起算し遡って30日以前の解約 50％返金 入学予定日の前日から起算し遡って29日以降の解約 返金なし （授業料） 入学予定日の前日までに辞退した場合は、全額を返金致します。 入学予定日以降に辞退した場合は、後記「3.退学による授業料の返金」に従い返金致します。 （教育開発費・施設維持費・テクノロジー推進費） 入学予定日の前日までに辞退した場合は、全額を返金致します。 入学予定日以降に辞退した場合は、返金はありません｡
2. 継続手続き （継続生） 当校に2010-2011年度継続して就学する場合、継続費用（授業料に充当）として150,000円を指定期日までにお支払いして頂きます。継続費用支払い期限が過ぎてからのお支払いには、再手続き費用として別途50,000円が必要となります。尚、継続費用お支払い後、継続を取り止める場合、退学届を校長が受理した時点により、下記のとおり継続費用を返金致します。ただし、上記の再手続き費用（50,000円）の返金はありません｡ 2010年3月17日 （教員の2010-2011年度契約更改完了日）まで 100％返金 2010年6月10日 （最終学期の終了日当日）まで 70％返金 2010年7月 8日 （サマースクール終了当日）まで 50％返金 2010年7月 9日 （サマースクール終了日翌日）以降 返金なし
3. 退学による授業料の返金 年度途中で退学する場合は、退学届を校長が退学日の2週間前までに受理した場合のみ、開始していない学期分（＊下記参照）の授業料を返金致します。
4. スクールバス費 スクールバス費は年度一括納入です。特定の月だけの利用はできません。年度途中でキャンセルした場合、サービスを利用していない残月分のみの費用を月割りで返金致します。(但し土曜バスは回数割りにて返金)
5. 給食費 - 給食費は年度一括納入です。特定の月だけの利用はできません。キャンセルした場合、サービスを利用していない残月分のみの費用を月割りで返金致します。
6. クラス変更に伴なう追加費用 学年途中でクラス変更のあった生徒は追加費用をお支払頂きます。追加費用の返金はありません。
7. その他の費用 上記以外の費用（出願費用、サマースクール、土曜スクール、ＳＤＳ、クラブ、特別指導、アフタースクールプログラム）の返金はありません。
8. 再入学 再入学の場合の入学金納付額： 退学と同学年度 50,000円 退学の翌学年度 150,000円 退学の翌々学年度 200,000円 以降 全 額 再入学金納付後、再入学を取り止める場合は、「１.入学関係費用の返金」の規定に従い、お支払い金額を返金致します。
9. 休学 事前に校長の許可を得て休学する場合のみ、休学学期分の授業料を本来の授業料の半額と致します。
10. 納入期限後のお支払い 支払期日を過ぎた金額に対し、月利２％の延滞追徴金を徴収致します。著しく納入が遅れた場合は、出席停止および在学証明書・成績証明書などの証明書発行停止の処置をとらせて頂く場合があります。
11. 年度途中の入学について 入学金、教育開発費及び施設維持費については全額をお支払い願います。学期途中の入学についても、その学期分の授業料（＊下記参照）は全額お支払い願います。
12. 授業料の分割払い 三回払い制を選択した場合、35,000円の分割手数料が加算されます。ただし、9月～12月に入学された新入生は、一括もしくは二回払いのみ、1月～6月に入学された新入生は、一括納入のみの選択となります｡
＊ 2010-2011年度の学期は下記のとおりです｡尚、幼稚部は2学期制ですが、授業料は下記の3学期制にあわせての支払い、返金となります｡ 1学期：2010年8月24日(杉並キャンパス)¥2010年8月30日（目黒キャンパス）～2010年11月19日 2学期：2010年11月24日～2011年3月3日 3学期：2011年3月7日～2011年6月9日（幼稚部生＆普通クラス生）¥2011年7月7日（集中クラス生）
